I’m so proud to have started my career at NPR, where I worked as a writer and producer for NPR Music, Morning Edition, and Pop Culture Happy Hour.

My last shift at NPR with some of my favorite producers

I'm incredibly lucky to have interviewed many musicians, including Ben Gibbard and Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie), Justin Vernon (Bon Iver), Shirley Manson (Garbage), Killer Mike, Kaki King, Kristian Mattson (Tallest Man on Earth), and Derwin Panda (Gold Panda). I've also written for Autostraddle.com and had brief stints at NPR's Weekend Edition and The Bob Edwards Show on SiriusXM Satellite Radio.

With Derwin Panda at NPR’s old location (635 Massachusetts Ave.) in 2011.

Off all the pieces I’ve produced, I’m most proud of this piece with Gold Panda, which is like a mini-Song Exploder. And while you’re at it, check out the incredible album You while you’re at it.
